Mat Pilates Classes

Mat Classes are the perfect complement to your Pilates Apparatus sessions or Resistance Training Program. They even stand alone as a perfect way to build functional strength, flexibility and muscular endurance. Please remember that the class format is intended for people who do not require personal attention. We keep our groups small so that we can watch and correct but, if you need more guidance or modifications, please consider scheduling a private session.
