Adrienne Johnson - CERTIFIED PILATES TRAINER
Adrienne Johnson fell in love with Pilates when she tried it on a whim many years ago and has been practicing it ever since. Pilates was a natural progression from her previous years in ballet and an excellent cross-training exercise for her resistance regimen. Once a client of PhysiCore, Adrienne is now happy to be a part of the team of trainers as a certified STOTT Pilates instructor.
Adrienne has a passion for teaching and helping others. Teaching Pilates is an extension of her long-term experience as an instructor in higher education, currently with Wilmington University. She enjoys helping others reach their goals and discover the physical feats they are capable of achieving.
