I worked with Jessica for 12 weeks. She evaluated my muscular
fitness, flexibility and body fat. Based on these results, she
developed fitness goals and an exercise plan just for me. She
was with me every step of the way. At my next to last session,
I was able to do 24 push-ups. ME -- the weakling, with the spaghetti
arms. Shes the best!!!
