APRIL RIORDAN - CERTIFIED PILATES TRAINER
April Riordan’s fitness career started as a natural progression from her dance background. It surfaced as a great way to keep up her fitness regimen while working full-time in finance and marketing.
In 1999, April received her certification in Group Fitness and Mat Pilates with the Jefferson Health System. The experience completely redirected her career plan. April discovered her passion for helping clients gain strength and ease in movement, whether recovering from injury or just working toward more balance, power and flexibility in the body. She then continued her education obtaining her STOTT and ACE certifications.
April's teaching style combines physical and mental exercise techniques to revitalize the mind, body and spirit. She strives to use imagery to assist with instructing the body and helping clients improve overall concentration.
